Two Topics to research

I can't decide if I want to do my research on the national defense authorization act for the 2012 fiscal year or nuclear energy so I am going to do research on both and see which one interests me more. I think I'm am going to struggle at finding research on the NDAA because it was just passed in congress three months ago. I'm guessing there will be a large amount of journals and articles on this topic since it is so widely alarming but as far books go I'm guessing there wont be any.
